Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect. Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
Line audit, Gemba Walk.
CIP for material & routing saving.
Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.
Requirements:
University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.
Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
Strategic thinking skills.
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be
advantageous.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams;
define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
