Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of our organization. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles within the company. This internship will provide you with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hiring for Direct Labor and collect the required document.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for both candidates and interviewers for Staff hiring.
- Prepare interview materials and assist in facilitating interviews.
- Assist in drafting and sending correspondence to candidates, including and rejection notices.
- Be able to design and propose the innovative artworks to improve recruitment marketing activities.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements and maintaining active job postings.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Take in charge of Preboarding and Onboarding procedure.
- Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or other talent acquisition activities.
- Assist to follow-up the internal payment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop/ Canva…
Duration and Benefits:
This internship is expected to last 6 months. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. This position may also provide networking opportunities and exposure to various aspects of our organization’s operations.
- Working time: Mon - Fri from 7:30 A.M - 4:00 P.M
- Intern Period: 6 months
- Salary: 6mil /month, 100k mobiphone allowances
