Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to 
Top Management Board, and ensure the efficient operation of the office and other 
assignments from direct manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable 
working independently and is able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Administrative Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Top Management, including scheduling meetings, 
organizing travel arrangements, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Maintain office filing system and update databases.
- Process expense reports and invoices for the office.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
- Assist and coordinate with other departments with special projects and events as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Track and manage vendor relationships.

Job Requirement

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience and support Top Management Board.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and database software.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Professional demeanor.
