Responsibilities

SCM LDP will be assigned to rotational work in 3 scopes of supply chain (production planning, material control, warehouse management):

1. Production planning:

Weekly/Monthly loading and Capacity analysis, drive for solution if resources have risk to support customer demand.
Resources planning to meet customer demand
Develop / Maintain daily level loaded Master Production Schedule / Daily Production Schedule which meet customers demand.

2. Material control:

Material planning via MRP and transaction system
Order and demand to suppliers
Supplier management and multi-source control.

3. Warehouse management:

Warehouse safety, 5S and operation flow control
Material movement flow control and develop to lean

Maintain sub-inventory, locator, stock accuracy

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Selection Criteria

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience in production or supply chain (planning, material control, warehouse management).
Educational Qualifications: University graduated. and above in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering, industrial Management, Business Administration.
GPA minimum of 2.7/4 or 7/10 equivalent
Good English communication skills (IELST 6.0 or equivalent)
Proficency in Excel.
Good analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to learn quickly, manage pressure and changes
Project management experience is a big plus

Application process

Round 1: Application – Deadline: 30/09/2023
Round 2: Online Test (Psychometric / Functional Test): 01/09/2023-07/10/2023
Round 3: Assessment Day (Estimate: 17/10/2023).
Round 4: Final Interview with Head of Department (Estimate: 23-27/10/2023)

Note: Main working Location: 2023 work at Dai Dang IZ - Thu Dau Mot - Binh Duong. 2024 will relocate to Tan Phu Trung- Cu Chi - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai.
