This person needs to report to quality manager to summarize team KPI, performance, data, and necessary report. Support team on department consumables purchasing management, attendance management, and other transactional work.
• Admin job: Book meals, Ticket / Hotel booking, Expense Reimbursement, FA&IT related application etc.
• Regular reports: KPI & quality related data collection, analysis, summary, and reports making.
• Purchasing: Department accessories related purchasing, from quotation, apply form to receiving and Inventory management (FIFO, Min. inventory management). Purchasing item including Fixture, Jig, Low price Equipment, Daily consumables, Labor protection etc.
• Attendance management: Attendance arrangement and optimization base on the actual working plan, and deal with all Attendance anomaly and vacation / leaving. Support employees to do HR-related documents.
• ERP system: Department related data inputting & exporting in system.
• K2 System: Deal with all department related form in system, likes Purchasing request form, Stationery application form, Shipping in local and oversea etc., CAR arrangement.
• Others: Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Vocational intermediate above.
1~3 years of experience related working experience.
