Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Production team
members.
• Establish a structured approach to validate new or existing suppliers with
their process readiness.
• Experience in Tools, Electronic, Motor, Mechanical Components will be
advantage.
• Work with the team to review how new component fit well into product
design, component tolerances and requirements both at the product and
component levels.
• Conduct and perform New Product qualification during the New Product
Development stage.
• Plan and monitor the product and component analysis; physical testing and
performance evaluations.
• Use appropriate tools such 6S, Bottleneck Analysis, PDCA (Plan, Do, Check,
Act), Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), JIT, Root Cause Analysis to increase
production competence.
• Demonstrates a continuous effort to improving the product design and
manufacturing product quality operations.
• Support cost reduction actions and all other related quality and cost
improvement programs.
This position will be base in Dau Giay, Dong Nai Factory. Shuttle bus from HCMC, Bien Hoa-Dong Nai is available.
• A University degree with Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of Engineering experiences
• Familiar with ISO9001, PFMEA
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.
• Power Tools work experience is preferred.
• A Self Starter with a hands-on, eager to implement key initiatives and
support through to the successful implementation.
