JOB SUMMARY: Assist in account management including coordination with customers and internal departments such as factory operations, engineering team and packaging team to ensure timely delivery of projects and products.
• Provide support to Hong Kong Marketing and Project Management team to resolve issues in order fulfillment and production/shipment release, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.
• Assist in account management including coordination with customers and internal departments such as factory operations, engineering team and packaging team to ensure timely delivery of projects and products.
• Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping and PMC planning.
• Handle sample arrangement from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).
• Prepare quotes and Excel reports.
• Acquire data from and update Oracle ERP system.
• Vietnam related travel and admin support.
1. Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations
• Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle.
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting
• Basic understanding of trading, import & export activities
• Preferably with experience working with product development teams or consumer goods projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Functional Skills:
• Willing to learn, a good team player and self-motivated
• Well-organized individual with good communication skills and positive can-do attitude
