Operational cost (conversion cost) tracking and analysis.
Personnel cost analysis including production efficiency, and labor rate.
Working with related functions to update financial forecast or budget.
Capex follow up.
Preparing management reports
Tracking actual production KPIs Vs target and improvement plans.
Assist on annual budgeting and planning process
Analyze financial information to assist business profitability and growth like PPV, labor variance, overhead cost variance, department expense vs budget…
Check inventory movement, costing transactions and give instruction to related departments to ensure correct transactions in system
Assist on inventory accounting management include stock account, data reconciliation
Track capital expenditure, department expense and give analysis to Management if necessary
Take part in systems and process improvement initiatives
Liaise with related teams and departments to ensure smooth month end closing of costing journals
Other ad-hoc jobs required by Finance Manager: handling new project, developing finance process or procedure…
At least 2 years’ experience at the same level
Good in English in writing
Good communication and be able to work with other functions to delivery results.
Reporting skill and be able to translate financial information effectively
Experience working with Big 4 is advantage
Computer: Word, Excel and ERP (Oracle) understanding is preferable
Experience: At least 2 year experience in operation finance.
Willing to learn, accept challenge to develop in career.
Willing to work in Dong Nai province
Graduated from University – accounting major, Master of Accounting is advantage.
