Job Description

Position Summary

  • The supervisor manages the TST team, plan/prepare/review the design for the test equipment and fixture. Build the TST team for matching with the global requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the resilience TST team
  • Training and coaching the team to be flexible and responsible with the requirements.
  • Able to coach others on the team to analyze risks and benefits of design options
  • Good competency and experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Suppliers to establish appropriate specifications and delivering conforming products.

Job Requirement

Person Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or EE is preferred
  • Minimum 5-year relevant experiences in similar engineer team leader position
  • Experience in power tools testing or similar is preferred
  • Good sense of continuous improvement
  • Ownership, excellent communication skills
  • Good writing and speaking English
  • Familiar with CAD, SOLID Work and others design program.
  • Understand the requirements of ISO17025, organize the development of various technical quality plans
