- Leading and providing expertise for setting up and implementation of CI/Lean projects for whole manufacturing.
- Leading the Automation and system team to deploy the projects.
Training the Lean tools and methods for manufacturing team.
- Define CI Roadmap/strategies by analyzing company processes and systems to align with company targets.
- Identify improvement initiatives across all aspects of operation and facilitate projects to implement improvement solutions.
- Leading and drive automation&System team to support CI projects.
- Establishing practices and standards of production performance/CI measurement.
- Organizing Lean/CI training to drive for culture and mindset of Lean/CI by training and mentoring.
- Develop training program for new employees.
- Update CI Progress & reporting current performance.
- Establish CI Review Cycle for budget planning.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance production performance (productivity/quality/cost).
- Support investigating shortfalls, issues in current production.
This position will be based in Dau Giay, Dong Nai Factory (1 hour 15 minute traveling from HCMC or Bien Hoa). Shuttle bus from District 1, 9, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc & Dong Nai is available.
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering majors and prefer in industrial engineering.
- At least 4 years experience in manufacturing and 3 year in CI role.
- Fluently in reading, written and speaking English
- Industrial manufacturing knowledge
- Understanding business principle, customer requirement
- Understand and utilize Lean principles and IE tools (time study, standard work, value steam mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, etc) to systematically identify and eliminate wastes.
- Experience inleading Kaizen/Continuous improvement projects and got quantifiable savings.
- Experience in labor efficiency improvement projects Functional Skills
