Job Description

Lead & manages production shift in daily operation activities including safety, quality, delivery and labor efficiency. Continuously optimizes, plans and supervises practical and theoretical training events to develop competency. Implements operational procedures for all production activities focuses on achieving safety, delivery and labor efficiency.

Assures production shift target are met or exceed in terms production labor cost, quality, delivery and safety.
Implements operation flexibility programs and system controls to accommodate requirement changes.
Detect and identify any operational constraints, coordinating operations team to provide solutions that could prevent meeting production targets.
Production cost keep reducing through tighten control WIP, headcount, over time, scrap and so on to meet team target.
Leading team provide preventative operational improve activity based upon actual data with relative function team together.
Coaching & leading team members follow company policy and rules, promote team in good moral and discipline.

Job Requirement

Working at Tan Phu Trung IP, Cu Chi
Able to self-commute in daily basis to have the most flexibility working hours
Bachelor or above in engineering or similar field with good manufacturing knowledge base and hands on capacity, knowledge on dynamics mechanical is a plus
8-10 years with experience in manufacturing with demonstrated successful implementation activities.
Preferable experience on industrial assembly is an advantage
Understand own strengths & weaknesses, willing to learn and develop, capable to work under high pressure, self-motivated with high level of initiative.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated team development capabilities
Writes and speaks English fluently as the position requires participation on conference calls and reports to the different TTI worldwide regions.
Can use Oracle, ERP
Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus
People management skill and negotiation skill
