Work under the leading of Security Manager, cooperating with all department to ensure security operations at all Milwaukee Facilities are functioning at consistently high standards and security vendors perform meet the requirements of the contracts in place:
- Controlling and tracking the performance of security supplier at Milwaukee factories,
- Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs,
- Gathering security intelligence to report Security Manager for implementing preventative measures,
- Assist Security Manager to work and maintain good relationships with security vendors, local authorities,
- Control/supervise and sure that the guard position layout, the patrolling route and spot checking implemented properly by Security vendor and report to Security Manager for adjust suitable with real situation
- Manage and control well CCTV system and other system in Security Center Room
- Regular scheduled and unplanned checking on security vendor’s duties performances
- Prepare/make Weekly/Monthly report to Security Manager,
- Fully comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations,
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation,
- Assist Security Manager to investigate all security related incidents: Investigate, report and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner,
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Level: University (prefer in Law/Police).
Experience
- At least 05 years of working in the position as Team Security Leader of professional security companies or Internal Security supervisor of foreign corporations or trade centers, factories.
- Understand about relating Vietnamese law, security system as CCTV, Alarm, Access Control
- Experience in investigation and dealing with problem.

- Good time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
- Strong CCTV Controlling skills and theft investigation
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Helpful and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Functional Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge
English: Good in verbal communication.
