Key Responsibilities:
Assures production shift targets are met or exceed in terms production labor cost, Quality, Delivery and Safety
Implements operation flexibility programs and system controls to accommodate requirement changes
Detect and identify any operational constraints, coordinating operations team to provide solutions that could prevent meeting production targets.
Production cost keep reducing through tighten control WIP, head count, over time, scrap and so on to meet team target
Leading team provide preventative operational improve activity based upon actual data with relative function team together
Coaching &leading team members follow company policy and rules, promote team in good moral and discipline
Job Requirement
Person Specifications:
Bachelor or above in engineering or similar field with good manufacturing knowledge base and hands on capability. Knowledge on Dynamics mechanical is a plus.
Understands own strengths & weaknesses, willing to learn and develop, capable to work under high pressure, self-motivated with high level of initiative.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated team development capabilities
Writes and Speaks English fluently as the position requires participation on conference calls and reports to the different TTI worldwide regions.
5 years’ experience in manufacturing and a minimum of 3 years in leader position
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing with demonstrated successful implementation activities.
Preferable experience on industrial assembly is an advantage.
