Job Description

Position Summary

Perform assignments of a test laboratory engineering nature including development of testing procedure and techniques and failure analysis programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for Milwaukee product testing (Console) according to WIs and other standard procedures.
  2. Manage the product qualification applications and ensure these applications are proper finished in project test lead time.
  3. Work together with crossed functional team to analyze the defect /potential risk of power tools and take proper actions for the failure related to test setup, fixture or equipment, work out qualification test report.
  4. Follow up test schedule throughout the entire project testing and make sure no significant delay, send testing summary and 5D reports at specific time
  5. Supervise technicians and workers for the assigned task quality, train operators for new product test procedure

Job Requirement

Person Specifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. More than 2 year experiences in power tool/battery/PCBA or similar industry
  3. Experience in UL/European standard for Manual Use Test/Performance test/Parameters is an advantage
  4. Ability to analyze/solve technical issues
  5. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook is a must
  6. Good level of written in English and technical communicate via English.
  7. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  8. Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.
