JOB SUMMARY
Position summary: knowledge about measure plastic sample & die casting sample & clear measure method and process with the ability to provide technical support to engineering teams and suppliers, help to train new engineers, and keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Responsible for providing exactly result measure, support to the ENG'G, tooling team, others team as an expert in troubleshooting measuring for sample.
• knowledge to use OMM/CMM/Caliper/Others of measure equipment/machine and existing plastic sample.
• Attend to solve measure method issues and to resolve in an efficient and expeditious manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 2D drawing
• CMM programming and machining
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform root cause analysis
• Learn/maintain new systems
• Any other tasks as assigned by Tooling manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Education: Diploma Mechanical a Form No: HRF0008 Version: D Effective date: Form No.: QSAF0027 Version: A Experience
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company Knowledge
• Knowledge: Good experience in broad range of measuring plastic sample in plastic injection molding and Die casting molding. Functional Skills
• Function skills: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills + Fast worker with sense of urgency Other Abilities
• Other Abilities: Good communication skills + priority Chinese
