Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager/Director, the position is required to lead and oversee whole Raw Materials and Finish Goods Warehouse operation. Ensure account and material consistent, raw materials and finish goods receive, pick and release on time, Finish Goods load and ship on time, material security and warehouse operation in a secure condition, stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1) Proven experiences in optimizing layout and space to ensure efficient space utilization, increasing workers efficiency, and meeting the business plan and needs.
2) Planning, organizing and controlling resources for overall Warehouse operations.
3) Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system; reconcile with data storage system. Ensure FIFO implemented
4) Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
5) Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse operation transactions and activities.
6) Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
7) Ensure stock accuracy/ integrity is maintained through effective and planned cycle count and stocktaking.
8) Monthly KPI measurement review. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, inventory turns, etc)
9) To maintain and manage warehouse budget and expense.
10) Plan and implementing methods to ensure correct materials and quantity are loaded into production line.
11) Formulate guidelines and disciplines to managing handlers for smooth material flow.
12) Drive for continuous improvement for warehouse operation.
