Mô Tả Công Việc

JOB SUMMARY: Trade Marketing will prefer to work for POSM and event campaigns,… following the MKT Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform best-in-class Brand Activation activities to deliver a brand message, value, and image.
• Maximize the sales performance of the Milwaukee brand by properly merchandising point of purchase material and activities.
• Support the Sales team in delivering strategic marketing and promotional activities.
• Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, Team Milwaukee, the Sales team, and local regional dealers.
• Analyze and learn the sales policies & activities of competitors.
• Researching and recommending suitable items and POSMs for each area/dealer
• Support project coordination: deploy marketing activities, cooperate with cross-functional teams to execute, to handle all offline activities.
• Regularly present at the market to understand the market - ensure marketing activities - evaluate effectiveness - prepare reports for management.
• Perform other tasks if required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in BA, Marketing, Trade marketing, or retail marketing, required.

Experience: At least 1+ year in Trade/Retail/Merchandising Marketing.

Functional Skills:

Being able to use Photoshop & AI is a must.
Being bilingual, with fluency in English & local language is an advantage
Valid driver's license is an advantage.
Willing to work through weekends if there is any special event required (compensation leave + support benefit available).
Be able to demonstrate product, managing, carrying, and setting up display tools, and POSM at the store.
Applicant should be self-motivated, multi-tasking, and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
