1. Main duty:
- Perform best-in-class Brand Activation activities to deliver brand message, value and image at offline
- Maximize the sales performance of Milwaukee brand by properly merchandising point of purchase material and activities.
- Support Sales team in deliver strategic marketing and promotional activities.
- Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, Team Milwaukee, Sales team and local regional dealers.
- Analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition for further improvement.
- Professionally communicate with all peers, customers and management.
- Plan and execute demo/workshop/promotion/new product launching events, trade shows, etc.
- Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
Note: Employee's duties and responsibilities are not limited by the above. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by employee's supervisor. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes and quality
2. Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in BA, Marketing, Trade marketing, retail marketing, Communication required.
- Be bilingual, with fluency in English & local language is advantage.
- In-country geographical flexibility may be required for future promotional opportunities
- Willing to work through weekends if there is any special event required (Over time payment)
- Be able to demonstrate product, managing, carrying and set up display tools, POSM at store.
- Applicant should be self-motivated, multi-tasking and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills
