1. Main duty:
- Receiving order from customers, consolidate orders to Master Demand.
- Download Forecast on systems and compared with order received, then allocate forecast to delivery destination based on order requested.
- Check with production team on production date to make sure production are mapped with order received.
- Based on production information, contact shipping line for vessel booking then confirm shipping schedule to customers.
- Create Loading Plan and allocate container/ booking to truckers
- Follow up with truckers and confirm container no, booking no and loading quantity to warehouse.
- Follow up with warehouse on daily loading results and create loading results on systems
- Follow up the customs clearance process of the shipment to make sure containers are dropped of on time to meet Cut off timeline.
- Submit loading information to shipping line and get CFR.
- Send shipping documents to customers for shipment loaded in timeline.
- Co-ordinate with related functions to resolve issue related to daily containers loading and systems upload
- Follow up all customer request and co-ordinate with internally to get it done
- Provide related reports if any
- Other jobs assigned by line manager..
2. Requirements:
- List the key qualification required or preferred for the candidate (examples shown below) - Above junior college
- 2 years relevant experience with good knowledge of customer service and logistic
- Good level written and spoken English
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively
- ERP system knowledge is preferable.
