JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overall warehouse daily operations, managing both of direct
and indirect materials, finished goods from receiving, storing, picking, delivering.
Drive warehouse operations smoothly while keep sustain good 5S, safety and leading for
improvements.
Manage In-Out-Stock in system and physically.
Be responsible for all the issues of warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
-Managing warehouse daily operations, including receiving, material storage, picking,
delivering to production; finished goods picking, and loading based on shipment plan
- Ensuring materials are stored in right condition as request, materials are released to
production on-time and finished goods are shipped as plan request from PMC
- Controlling data are input into system on-time, managing weekly/monthly or yearly cycle
counts are performed properly to make sure matching physical and system
- Ensuring materials, finished goods delivery following First Expire First Out (FEFO)
- Maintaining health & safety at workplace following EHS’s requirements
- Driving 5S, and continuous improvement, saving opportunities in all warehouse operations
- Leading and motivating team to reach warehouse KPIs (accuracy, 5S, safety, saving value
and improvement ideas…)
- Receiving and handling wastes following EHS (Env procedures)
- Managing warehouse staffs including workloads, shift arrangement, Overtime, career path
development as well
- Foresee safety risks and working out actions to identify hazards, evaluate risks to ensure safety at work all the times
- Preparing budgets and then propose to manager for yearly operations
- Developing and preparing resources to adapt factory expansions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above is required
Experience
- 3 - 5 years and above work experience in warehouse manager
Functional Skills
- Good at English communications, good at Speaking and writing is a
must
- Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management,
including safety, principle, and employee motivation, etc.
- Be good at Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Word, Excel familiar
with Oracle system
- Be good chemical management
- First Expire First Out, First in First Out control
- Requirement know AMR & WMS system
- Manage, plan and strategic thinker
- Initiative / proactive and effective communication with all levels
- Good at leadership
- Good presentation skills
- Willing and able to travel
