Job Description

Position Summary

Perform test and qualify products according to TTI process and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform product testing and train/delegate testing to technicians.
  • Coordinate work load to technicians base on time / material / equipment resources.
  • Collect and validate test data from equipment and technician.
  • Write high quality Test Reports and deliver on time to customer.
  • Write Work Instructions on Testing.
  • Communicate with customers in Vietnam, China and US on Test details and progress.
  • Perform root cause analysis on the failures.
  • Arrange Test Schedules base on manpower & lab resources to ensure on time delivery.
  • Manage Test Samples received from customers.
  • Design and purchase Fixtures and Equipment to meet Test requirements.
  • Preventive Maintenance, calibrate and troubleshooting test equipment

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Mechatronic Engineer
  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
  • Electronic Engineer

Experience:

  • Preferable: Experience in testing laboratories.
  • New Product Introduction.
  • Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge:

  • Preferable: Product Testing experience, Design of experiments, Root cause analysis, Fish Bone.
  • Electromechanical Background.
  • Test equipment knowledge.

Functional Skills:

  • English Speaking is a must.
  • MS Excel.
  • MS Word.
  • Coordinate technicians to perform the tests.
  • Data acquisition systems are a plus.
  • CAD is a plus.
  • Schematic reading is a plus
  • Design skills are a plus.

Other Abilities

  • Proactive.
  • Hands-on.
  • Diligent.
  • Teamwork
  • Objective focus.
