Job Description

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
• Assist in ensuring that the product display area is clean and organized
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up-to-date on product features
• Offer technical support for our products and demonstration of tools to customers
• Provide product quotation to customers.
• Ensure the stock and the storeroom are effectively managed - operational responsibilities such as good receivables & transfers, stock taking, arranging stock & reporting.
• Transfer stock and documents between stores, back office work (includes banking, office related, will be assigned as applicable).
• Act as brand ambassador & build strong relationships with customers.
• Support admin task and purchase equipment for team member

Job Requirement

Essential Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Academic & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is highly preferred
• 1 - 2 years successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on counter sales.
• Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.
• At least 1 year working experience in retail / counter sales
General:
• Ability to interact with various customers internally and externally with strong communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter with good team working skills
• Experience with customer service
• Drive for continuous improvement & development
• Ability to self-manage time & allocate resources as required
• React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure
• Languages – knowledge of English preferred
Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc..
