JOB SUMMARY: Assistant Manager for Sourcing/Project Management

KEY DUTIES:
Leading sourcing and supply chain management team in Vietnam

 Outsourcing support in Vietnam.
 Handle the RFQ process.
 Monitor supplier finish goods production and components supply/manufacturing of regular and promo shipments
 Monitor supplier delivery of regular and promo shipments
 Monitor and reinforce supply chain on-time delivery performance.
 Trouble shooting for any problem happen in production or components supply.
 Other ad hoc required
 Duty might be adjusted per actual business required.

Leading Projects and Engineering in Vietnam
Leading sourcing and supply chain management team in Vietnam

 Cost tracking
 Schedule expediting
 Participate in conference calls with global team
 Handle project documents
 Problem solving
 From PIR (Project start) to production
 Transparent Cost Tracking
 Project Timeline Tracking and Enforcement
 keeping all parties informed via tracking tools – MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Projects Status Report & CCDR.
 Documentation on Projects
 Weekly conference calls and minutes updates.
 Contact Windows – supplier’s project teams and RTI (US team) engineering..
 Finding and driving solutions to the problems and constraints Identified.
 Single contact window approach to each supplier.
 Current projection support

Job Requirement

1. Education:
- Must be fluent Chinese. English is a plus.
- Candidate Background preferences

- Sourcing and cost manage w/ Eng. background.
- Have team leader experience is MUST.
- Years’ experience in power tool business is preferred

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience for Manufacturing company.
3. Knowledge:
Sourcing and cost manage w/ Eng. background.
Have team leader experience is MUST.
Years’ experience in power tool business is preferred.

4. Functional Skills: Keeping all parties informed via tracking tools – MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Projects Status Report & CCDR
