Job Description

1. Main duty:
Work for new outdoor product development (NPD), including actions as below:
- Request for quotation (RFQ), price verification and negotiation;
- Process new parts RFQ for to be produced in Vietnam new products, major to deal with Vietnam suppliers, will deal with some oversea suppliers.
- Supplier proposal and selection.
- Based on quotation to submit proposed supplier, work with NPD Superior level to review supplier quotation and confirm supplier selection.
- Collect new parts samples.
- Follow up parts qualification until Engineering approves new part , collect samples and
requested documents.
- Follow NPD superior instruction, support China NPD team to follow up new parts of new products transfer from China to Vietnam.
- Work with China commodity team for VN supplier management,

Job Requirement

2. Requirements:
- College or University degree is required.
- Proficient in English and Chinese using.
- Good communication and writing skill.
- Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, Power point.
- Opened mind, willing to communicate and listen to others.
- Fast response and sense of urgent.
- Smart thinking. Good logistical analysis capability.
- Good communication for Internal and external contacts:
+ Vietnam Engineering, PMC, and Commodity team, QA(SQA and IQC), Shipping, Customs and Warehouse.
+ TTi China team, includes Marketing, Engineering, PMC, NPD team, Commodity team, Shipping
+ TTI US team, includes Marketing, Engineering, Sourcing.
+ Local suppliers(Existing & Potential) or oversea suppliers
