1. Main duty:
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions.
- Do data processing analysis from system to develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics, and productivity measurements.
- Lead training, hiring, career development and enrichment of all department associates.
- Establish and manage relations with other departments
- Plan and arrange logistics required shipments with on-time delivery - Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. Report to Manager if any deviation from the established SOP.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to management.
- Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
- Coordinate with operation team and trucking team to control goods delivery, solve any issue arising during operation and supporting in implement the process for smoothly handling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, 4 years working experience (background in EPE is preferred)
- Skilled in shipment arrangement and customs clearance
- Able to work independently and under tight time schedule
- Good team working spirit
- Computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint especially good at excel, macro skill is preferred)
- Able to use VNACCS software, strong knowledge in ERP system.
- Good logic thinking
- Good at reporting skill: Mandatory communication in English.
