JOB SUMAMARY:
We are currently searching for a passionate, data-driven “Senior Digital Executive” to work in our Milwaukee HUB team. Successful candidates will have experience in the Industrial tools segment with well-defined digital skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail will be key. KEY DUTIES
• Work closely with key stakeholders across Asia regions in developing and implementing online campaigns and digital initiatives to ensure all outputs are in line with commercial objectives & Milwaukee brand guidelines.
• Contribute to driving business growth and increasing online presence through regions' social channels and digital activities.
• Drive user acquisition, data capture, engagement and conversion across regions through formulating strategies and supporting execution on digital channels including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (eDM, SMS, etc.), online ads (Google, Meta, Yahoo, etc.), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), website UX/UI, loyalty program, SEO and more.
• Optimize end-to-end digital experience across multiple channels from offline to online and vice versa.
• Build dashboards, ad target groups, Marketing Cloud journey templates and other frameworks upon regions’ requests or whenever deemed necessary
• Analyze data through Salesforce, Google Analytics and other analytical tools to provide actionable insights to develop optimization plans and meet KPIs
• Provide user training to regions on digital platforms and strategies, and monitor corresponding progress
• Manage and facilitate digital project deliverables to time, cost and goals
• Assist in data cleansing and monitoring in CRM and/or other systems
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
2. Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in digital project management, digital marketing and/or CRM
3. Experience: Strong understanding in digital advertising, social media, email marketing and customer segmentation strategies based on performance data and local market information where experience in regional role in Asia is highly advantageous.
4. Functional Skills:
• Proficiency in digital platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager and CRM
• Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Data Studio, Power BI, AI and/or other similar solutions is a plus
• Creative marketer with strong digital knowledge and business mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent, fast-learning and with a can-do attitude
• Passionate about digital and data
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with business users and technical teams
• Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge in other Asian language is a plus
