Job Description

The Security Assist Manager oversees all security-related aspects of Milwaukee factories. This position provides functional guidance in the areas of personnel security, physical security, threat and risk assessment and business continuity planning.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides functional guidance To Milwaukee Tools management in assessing and managing security related matters to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual requirements; complies with internal policies and standard operating procedures and falls within pre-defined budget.
2. Provides expertise in the areas of risk assessment, security, and emergency preparedness and supports Milwaukee Tool’s Account-Level management in the event of a security emergency.
3. Manage/ controlling the performance of security supplier at MIL factories. Investigation of all security related incidents: Investigate independently, report and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner.
4. Collaborating with site leaders and department managers to determine security needs, gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures,
5. Build and maintain good relationships with security vendors, local authorities, District Police teams, Police Commanders of the Province/City where MIL operations are located,
6. Set up/control/update guard position layout, install patrol Spot check system and CCTV system.
7. Establish procedures to guide operations, inspections, monitoring and retrieval of data / information from new and existing systems.
8. Regular scheduled and unplanned checking of the operations and relevant reporting.
a. Monthly reporting complied with in standard company format.
b. Ensures compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to physical, personnel and information security.
c. Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation.
9. Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

Level: Bachelor (prefer in BA/Law/Police)
Professional Certificate trained in the field of Security or police forces.
At least 04 years of working in the position of internal security manager of foreign corporations or trade centers, factories or regional managers of professional security companies
Understand about relating Vietnamese law, security system & method existing on market for further proposal
Experience in investigation
Be able to comfortably use English
English: Verbal communication + Written
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Helpful and friendly demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Be able to relocate to District 9 Saigon High-Tech Park (HCMC) from 2024
