JOB SUMMARY: A Sales Executive is responsible for helping build up a dealer's business by setting the strategy and identifying opportunities for selling Milwaukee tools. They must maintain partnership with current dealers and build up with new dealers. Plus, they will follow the Regional Sales Manager and coordinate closely with other teams such as MKT, Sales, Products in exceeding dealer sell-out plans and targets as per budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels)
• Maintain & strengthen positive partnership with local regional dealers
• Proactively propose activity plan and work with Team Milwaukee Representative/Job Site Solution team to drive sales target via promotion, events, merchandising, sales support scheme…
• Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities
• Arrange market visit frequently to identify the cooperation opportunities with potential partners to expand distribution by assigned regions
• Analyze and provide effective feedback from market potential to contribute to our product brand “Milwaukee” development
• Provide helpful reports to update sales forecast, sales activities & data analysis to management,
• Perform other tasks if required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Experience:
• 2 - 3 years successful selling experience for achieving targets (industrial product is preferred)
• Ideally experienced in the power tool filed or the industrial products/service such as construction, automotive, railway, power utility, shipbuilding industry.
Knowledge: Knowledge of power tool industry or industrial products.
Functional Skills:
• Good at English communication
• Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc
• Strong problem solving & relentless tenacity to achieve results & objectives, ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong customer service skills with both customers & internal departments
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills
• Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.
• Practical minded with a technical/mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
Other Abilities:
• Ability to work varied hours/days as required by the business.
• Able to travel
• B2 licence is preferrable
