Job Description

Position Summary

The candidate is responsible for reliability testing for Milwaukee product, who will work with cross function teams to ensure all testing strictly follows test matrix/plan and work instruction.
The goal is to ensure the delivered products are robust, reliable and perform as expected in customer use environments. Preferable for 3 ~ 5 years’ related experience, good knowledge, and management experience in reliability testing. Certified Reliability Engineer is preferred.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure reliability test setup in Test lab according to standard/requirement.
Implement Lab conformance audit and consolidate audit report.
Collect and analyze test data, present data, and result to the cross-function teams.
Work together with crossed functional teams to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment.
Attend new product technical review and provide constructive suggestion or comments from reliability perspective.

Job Requirement

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or comparable.

Experience:

3~5 years of experience in reliability test, equivalent is preferred.

Functional Skills:

Experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules.
