Academic: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or comparable
Years of experience: 3~8 years of experience in reliability test or equivalent is preferred.
Special knowledge:
- Experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities and has a strong commitment to project deadlines.
- Experience with reliability test design, including climatic, dynamics, material properties, and accelerated life test methods.
- Experience of reliability data statistics with Minitab or Weibull is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work as well.
- Good verbal and written communicator in English
