Job Description

  • Lead reliability testing in NPD stages and summarize test result to cross function team.
  • Ensure reliability test setup in test lab according to standard/requirement.
  • Benchmark, QB test plan and test result review and feedback
  • CTQ & WIs review and feedback
  • Implement Lab conformance audit and consolidate audit report.
  • Collect and analyze test data, present data, and result to the cross-function teams.
  • Work together with crossed functional teams to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment.
  • Develop test plan/matrix for VE/PSE products
  • Attend new product technical review and provide constructive suggestion or comments from reliability perspective.

Job Requirement

Academic: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or comparable

Years of experience: 3~8 years of experience in reliability test or equivalent is preferred.

Special knowledge:

  • Experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities and has a strong commitment to project deadlines.
  • Experience with reliability test design, including climatic, dynamics, material properties, and accelerated life test methods.
  • Experience of reliability data statistics with Minitab or Weibull is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work as well.
  • Good verbal and written communicator in English
