Job Description

Position Summary

Be responsible for overall quality system/process/activities establishment and maintenance, creating and maintaining the health quality culture, driving the quality results to support the business goal, and overall quality continual improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the quality system/activities, and establish the reasonable measurement to monitor the related execution and results;
Focus on customer requirements identification and deployment, and also focus on internal process and system optimization / standardization / simplification;
Lead or support team on the quality incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions;
Be responsible for overall quality assurance capabilities improvements an
Provide the related the training/supports to build the team’s capabilities.

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
More than 5 or above years’ experience in the quality management, and li-ion battery factory experience is preferred.
Familiar with different quality system requirements.
Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
Frequent travel is needed
