Job Description

• Prepare Document, Equipments - Tools need for technician use during inspection process
• Control stationary, machinery and test equipment always in the status of OK, avoid damage or expired calibration
• Guide, inspect and monitor the daily 5S implementation of employees
• Contact to Production Supervisor, QE, TS and together confirm Material / Finished goods detect by IPQC Tech/ PRD operators
• Follow the Implementation of handling NG Material /FGs from QE/TS & Superior
• Handle escalated topics from IPQC operator (inspector) and report to higher levels if it cannot solve
• Arrange, assign inspection plan when there is a change in team such as missing operator, working overtime
• Review IPQC report daily, give feedback to update, correct if any
• Communication of information about problems that arise and changes information in the shift for next shift

Job Requirement

High middle school or above education
Good at English is an advantage
At least 1-2 years working in QA/QC area
Familiar with QC/IPQC process
Knowing using measurement equipment such as caliper, Micrometer
Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly
Able to use some basic office programs like word, excel, power point, e – mail for recording and reporting
Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results
Able to work effectively with less direct supervision
Handle escalated topics from IPQC operator (inspector) and report to higher levels if it cannot solve
