Job Description

About the Project Manager Role:

The Project Manager shall report to Operation Director, and responsible for coordinating all business units to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The working location shall be in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English, over 20 years of MEPF projects experience. Also, experience in LEED and FM projects is desired.


  • A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
  • Prepare and develop the project plan & budget and specified timeframes to present to Project Director for review
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project as well as develop full scale project plans
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project team including coaching and technical direction to meet project deliverables
  • Responsible for the successful completion of the project within the budget approved and specified timeframes
  • Control and execute overall activities at site such as: progress of design, engineering monitor, progress of construction, safety, revised request of the project...to ensure quality of project and comply with design standard
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Maintain relationship with other consultants, designers, contractors, construction, and governmental legislation bodies to acquire the legal documents for the project execution
  • Work with the CM to set up the construction management manuals and seek for the approval from Project Director
  • Coordinate internal resources/departments and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Work closely with other disciplines including Sourcing (including Suppliers) & Manufacturing
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Ensure that project teams are making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders
  • Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors in resolving any unexpected project difficulties and other problems that may rise
  • Cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion
  • Document work flows, identify barriers or obstacles and offer solutions
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Host meetings with project teams
  • Coordinate and support where necessary for statutory design submissions with design consultants and approvals / submissions consultants
  • Promote team works among subordinates and fellow staff

Job Requirement

  • 10 years of relevant professional MEPF experience in building and construction industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and both written and spoken
  • Experienced in Advance Energy Solution industry, 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project.
