Job Description

- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, follow up monitor the assigned projects from the prototype phase to 1st MP phase.

- Make and maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates on project progress, and changes in scope.

- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager, stakeholders and other project participants ( IE, QE, NPI,…) to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.

- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions when designing machines for new projects.

- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle (EB, PP, QB and 1st MP phase).

- Identify potential risks in new projects using tools: CPK, Gauge R&R, DOEs, D/PFMEA, Do FAT - Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

- Work with another automation team, and other departments for new projects: Design machines, improve/apply new processes.

- Provide improvement about automation/system solutions to develop new projects and factory .

Job Requirement

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.

Knowledge: 

- Knowledge of project management (e.g., MS Project, 3D design, ), with a good understanding of engineering principles

- Have knowledge: Gauge R&R, DOEs, D/PFMEA, 5S, 5W-4M, Learn Six Sigma (Green Belt).

Functional Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (Must).

- Tasks driven with a positive, professional, willing attitude.

- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as team collaboration skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges, changes in project scope, and unexpected obstacles

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to analyze data, design and convey technical information to foresee issues and solve problems.

- Ability to think creatively to solve engineering problems effectively.

Other Abilities:

- Withstand pressure at work.
