The Production Training Supervisor will lead training programs for production operators, develop staff improvement plans, and implement initiatives to boost factory performance and culture. This role works closely with production supervisors and other departments to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
Operator Training Management:
- Manage and oversee skills training for production operators.
- Work with Quality Engineering (QE) and Production teams to address and highlight quality issues during training.
Staff Development Program:
- Closely work with HR-L&D to design and implement development plans for manufacturing staff, including gap assessments and targeted training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of staff development initiatives.
Factory-wide Training Activities:
- Organize training sessions that promote factory culture and values.
- Deliver training on topics tailored to manufacturing needs.
Cross-department Coordination:
- Actively engage with production supervisors to align training activities with production needs.
- Collaborate with departments such as QE (Quality Engineering), EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), IE (Industrial Engineering), and others to coordinate training programs effectively.
- Build strong networks within the production team to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
