JOB SUMMARY
The Production Training Supervisor will respond for establishing training systems, including training policy, training procedure and process establishment and optimization, training needs analysis, annual training plan set-up, training program design and implementation, training effectiveness evaluation for continual improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Operator Training Management:
- Manage and oversee skills training for production DL/IDL/Staff level.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys and interviews
- Supervise and organize the interview for DL/IDL
- Work with Quality Engineering (QE) and Production teams to address and highlight quality issues during training.
Staff Development Program:
- Closely work with HR-L&D to design and implement development plans for manufacturing staff, including gap assessments and targeted training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of staff development initiatives.
Factory-wide Training Activities:
- Organize training sessions that promote factory culture and values.
- Deliver training on topics tailored to manufacturing needs.
Cross-department Coordination:
- Actively engage with production supervisors to align training activities with production needs.
- Collaborate with departments such as QE (Quality Engineering), EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), IE (Industrial Engineering), and others to coordinate training programs effectively.
- Build strong networks within the production team to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
