Job Summary
Lead & manage production shift in daily operation activities implementing approved operational procedure & standards to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and labor efficiency. Continuously optimize, plan and supervise practical and theoretical training events to develop competency.
Responsibilities
- Assure production target are met or exceed in terms production quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Implements operation flexibility programs and system controls to accommodate requirement changes.
- Detect and identify any operational constraints, coordinating operations team to provide solutions that could prevent meeting production targets.
- Production cost keep reducing through tighten control WIP, headcount, over time, scrap and so on to meet team target.
- Leading team provide preventative operational improve activity based upon actual data with relative function team together.
- Propose the improvement opportunities and idea to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, safety and working environment
- Weekly & monthly report according to assignment/instruction of Production Manager
- Coaching & leading team members follow company policy and rules, promote team in good moral and discipline.
