Estimating material readiness with buyer, fixture/equipment/machines with Engineering, UPH with IE and labor required for production.
ly addressing and resolving production issues (material supply/quality/new product delay...) to minimize delays in production.
Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
Recommending viable solutions to improve production output as well as improve production schedule attainment.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
Promtly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree
2-3 years of experiences
General knowledge of supply chain operation planning
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
Strong interpersonal skills, prove ability to influence others and lead change management
Proven track record, communication and problem-solving skills
