Job Description

1. Evaluating weekly firm order and forecast from customers.

2. According to total demand, capacity check to see weekly/month labor requirements/production line request, fixture request, inhouse capacity constraint and action plan to fulfill demand with relating departments.

3. Estimating material readiness with buyer, fixture/equipment/machines with Engineering, UPH with IE and labor required for production.

4. ly addressing and resolving production issues (material supply/quality/new product delay...) to minimize delays in production.

5. Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.

6. Recommending viable solutions to improve production output as well as improve production schedule attainment.

7. Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

8. Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree 
  • 2-3 years of experiences in supply chain operation planning
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
  • Strong interpersonal skills, prove ability to influence others and lead change management
  • Proven track record, communication and problem-solving skills
