Job Description

This position will be based in TTI Lithium battery cell at Tan Phu Trung Industrial zone. Be responsible for implementing/executing production schedules with effective use of available resources. Build and enhance strong work team spirit.

Plan for equipment and manpower utilization to meet production indices
Allocate tasks and lead the team to execute the production plan.
Supervise the daily operation of the shift.
Monitor the production lines to ensure all steps and areas are followed the production processes and the standards set.
Monitor Daily Productivity & Quality Performance, Production Volume, WIP levels to meet the production daily target.
Drive innovation and Kaizen, Identify and implement improvements for safety cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, less scrap & reworks.
People management and development and increase people retention rate.
MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) / KPI / CI (Continuous Improvement)
To ensure people in production floor follow the rules, discipline, 5S and particle control.
Improve production output through process, equipment and system upgrades
Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, QA and other support function to execute business plan
Ensure all workers under supervision have obtained necessary training
Manage inventory control of all the Stock items to meet department budget and in cases where there is over usage, need to investigate the cause and define preventive action.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

University in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Engineering/Manufacturing management or related discipline.
At least 3 years experiences in the same position of manufacturing operational.
Rich experience on production floor and focus on production layout, improve projects and overhead cost.
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Familiar with Lean Business Practices an advantage.
Dry room and Clean room environment
Familiar with Lean Business Practices an advantage.
Good leadership ability and well organize.
Initiative, independent, tough, strong leadership, result-oriented and with good communication skill
Systematic, hard-working, dynamic, and energetic.
