2. Main duty:
• Manage the portfolio assigned and develop a sustainable and aggressive business plan that will help to drive our business to record growth and sales contribution.
• Work with Brand marketing and the commercial teams across Asia to ensure we are correctly launching and communicating the benefits our products deliver to the end users.
• Work with engineering teams globally and within our factory to ensure we have resourced our project needs to ensure we can meet our launch schedules and sales targets.
• Develop launch kits that deliver a strong message on how we win to our internal and external customers.
• Manage various reports including New Product Launch effectiveness, margin and mix analysis with the Finance team and report back to management with results and recommendations.
• Work with Asia markets and Distributor partners on potential new product opportunities for Asia developed product.
• Establish closed working relations with global product and engineering teams to ensure the needs of Asia are met and delivered.
• Work with the Service and Quality team as the co-owner of any quality issues we may experience with our product and ensure we are responding & resolving effectively
• Mange the portfolios from product development, launch and deletion
• Work with approvals teams to ensure our products are correctly approved in the various markets we operate in.
• Collaborate with our Training team to ensure they have up to date product information that will allow them to deliver world class training that our products require and deserve
• Attend various trade shows, Dealer events as product support.
• Travel as required to visit our Asia markets to ensure the product message is understood.
3. Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent required.
• 4 to 6 years successful Marketing / Sales experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on working with end user segment.
• Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
• Must be comfortable and knowledgeable working on a commercial & residential jobsite: end user visits, making sales calls with sale and distributor sales force, and field testing. • Thrives in fast-paced, agile working environments.
• Detail minded with can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and writing in English.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and leadership skills
