Be responsible for maintaining equipment to achieve the targeted equipment efficiency and maintenance cost:
- Execute the planned and incidental maintenance and immediate breakdown repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities in compliance with the legal regulations of safety, health and environment, the company policy and the nature of work as requested by the superiors.
- Participate in overhaul activities to ensure the equipment/machine is in good condition.
- Find and do improvement ideas
- Do trouble shooting for all production machines
- Do maintenance/overhaul for all production machines
- Do 5s/GK/safety program to meet all target
- Set up new line and make sure all existing lines run production smoothly
- Control all technician performance
This position will be base in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong. Shuttle bus from Thu Duc, District 1,9..; Binh Duong & Dong Nai is available.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronic , Automation engineering
- Experience Manufacturing maintenance engineer with 3-5 years experience
- Machine trouble shotting skill
- Design skill is an advantage
- Knowledge in PLC program
- Knowledge about 8D Report, 5S, CPK, GR&R, Lean, TPM
- Good teamwork & communication skill.
