Assure the readiness of machines, equipment for Production operation, to assure the facility, machines, and equipment are used in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations & laws of health & safety:
- Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department
- Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
- Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost
- Trouble shooting with related department
- Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency/
- Measure the performance of the current process; analyze current performance to identify best practices and root causes
- Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control;
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant facility, machine
- Plan, design and implement optimal assembly and process control fixtures and equipment for current and new models using poka yoke discipline
- Plan, design and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction using layman’s term discipline.
- Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
- Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level
This position will be base in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong & will Re-locate to District 9 in 2024. Shuttle bus from HCMC (Dist. 1,9, Thu Duc), Binh Duong, Dong Nai is available.
