Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible  for ensuring that all production lines ready for production including NPD, transfer project. Improve to maximize efficiency and output of production timely. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing machine  breakdowns, change over,  people management and budgetary/cost reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manager to Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment
  • Responsible for maintenance schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
  • Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals
  • Develop and apply TPM in Mil
  • Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime, change over time
  • Control department expense to meet approved budget
  • Be responsible for setting up new production test/ trial lines basing on manufacturing standard, process, technical requirements, supporting to EB/ QB and initial MP from time to time, as well as reviewing feedback for further machine, equipment, tool improvement before mass production
  • Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
  • Responsible for PM weekly, monthly report, and present in management regular meeting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement


  • University degree in electronics, electric/ mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 year experience  as assistance manager/ supervisor role for  planned maintenance, TPM
  • Strong at setting planned preventative maintenance and following up execution
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ability to work under high pressure in fast paced environment
  • Systematic, highly committed, dynamic and energetic
