RESPONSIBILITIES
Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.
Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
Follow in-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defects. Analysis is timely; find the root cause and effective action/solution.
IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line-down follows up & improvement.
Line audit, Gemba Walk.
CIP for material & routing saving.
Drive internal and external benchmarking efforts and activities.
This position will be based in Cu Chi Factory, Ho Chi Minh City. Shuttle bus from District 1,10,11,12,Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
Job Requirement
University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.
Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
Strategic thinking skills.
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability
