Work with marketing , development partners and operational teams worldwide to develop cost effective packaging solutions in end user satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency.
To meet milestones for packaging design development, qualification and flawless program execution.
Work with testing partners to meet or exceed packaging targets including design, cost, quality and schedule.
To support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.
Introduce into the new packaging technology, improve the corporate brand image.
Work with manufacturing sites, packaging vendors and procurement team to support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.
Simplify the procedure of packaging to speed up the new product development.
Work with packaging suppliers for the cost effective solution.
Work with RTI for the packaging design and development.
Work with graphic desiger to complete packaging artwork and maintain the packing BOM.
Work with testing team to verify design structure.
Work with marketing to provide total packaging solution.
Work with PIE, Production and engineers.

A University degree with Packaging Industry Design, or Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering.
2-3 years relevant experience with good knowledge of the Produce packaging.
Experience in mechanical or packaging design is a plus.
Good level written and spoken English.
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently.
