Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Leading a group of OPM Supervisor and Specialists to manage all VN Milwaukee projects (NPD, Transfer, Cost Down, Design Improvement, Localization, etc.) from the back to the front end, to fulfilling all aspects for a factory continuous smooth operations & to deliver the needs of customers. To work independently and collaboratively with the cross-functional departments, oversea customers & suppliers to deliver the complex products that fulfilling the operations expectations: Quality, Schedule & Cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Manage VN OPM team to lead projects and ensure implementing follow schedule. Manage suppliers & materials readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.

2. Lead VN factory readiness from Sample Builds to Mass Production to ensure Good Quality products to be shipped out. Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take preventive actions.

3. Communication with customers to update projects status, adjust the demand based on project progression, and balance the demand of tools & materials.

4. Define the VN operations need ahead, and drive resolution to fulfill all benefits at early as possible through different project phases.

5. Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.

6. Hire and develop a group of OPM Supervisor and Specialist and plan for future needs. 7. Setup training and development plan for OPM team. Regular coaching for team members to develop key talents and future leaders.

8. Lead OPM team to develop and optimize internal & external processes to streamline the process with CIP mindset.

Job Requirement

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 8-year experience in project management, factory operations management, material planning, or production planning. Minimum 4-year experience in Manager or Supervisor position.
Functional Skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill. Experience leading cross-functional teams and very strong personality & aggressive to drive for result.

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with an ability to lead projects effectively and independently.

• Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Experienced in putting together clear presentations and delivering to executive teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while running multiple projects.

• Critical thinking and with strong analytical skill, can handle the complex situation by analysis and suggest options for best solution in a systematic approach

• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.

• Working well with MS Excel, MS Office, ERP software.
