Job Description

Position Summary

Manage and lead cell and production projects, drive cell and operation development project moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Co-work with cross functional teams to define whole program, facility setup, trial and build, MP schedule.

Review and closely drive the readiness and execution of production on a daily basis.

Collaborate and facilitate communication across R&D, engineering, operations, quality , supply chain and vendor partners to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.

Drive teams for failure / root cause analysis and implement corrective action measures in timely manner.

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams, focus on top level objectives and develop a better course of action.

Maintenance and update the projects files with internal TTi teams periodically.

Budget control, equipment development: arrange tendering, handle contract sign off, equipment delivery.

With experience on MES system development or management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemistry is required.

Strong written and oral communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills, at least 5 years of leading equipment and production projects

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Experienced in setting up equipment development and production schedules. Hands on and skill in detail issue solving with quality tools.

Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software.

Good speaking English

Pay attention to details and willing to learn.

Self-motivated and high-energy with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.

PMP is preferred.
