Job Description

1. Weekly receive new projects from MPS system (or FCST demand) then proactively work with related teams NPI/EE/MPM/QE/OPD/MC to define & schedule which phases are required til kicked-off MP to catch up Customer's SAR.

2. Professionally how to check for a new project about BOM status thru system, closely communication with NPI/EE/PGP team to get it with designated time.

3. Determine which gating parts are to ask a risk-buy, risk-build & follow up LA or FA SER to ensure materials on-track.

4. Actively book & attend as a host of meetings with related teams to align materials status, ensure milestones.

5. Daily keep on-tracking materials to be delivered on-time with Clerk team after firmed production plan.

6. Escalate to higher level if detect any risks which may impact customer's SAR or impact linedown after firmed plan.

7. As a host of a project, proactively discuss gating items, address related issues regarding quality, decommitted delivery which line-down are not allowed.

8. Well flexible awareness of change on ECN/ECO or TD during development phase to call BOM correctly.

9. Follow PSR meeting, NPPR approval & complete rework job as a required before FMP run.

10. Extremely understand NPD operational process, follow up KPIs, report & update the latest status to teams on time.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Economic, Supply Chain  
  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field of study required or comparable experience in EMS environment 
  • Good at English both verbal & written, familiar with Oracle & MPR planning  
  • Detail oriented with strategic & analytical mind, Interpersonal, Planning & making decision, Time management, Communication & Report skills  
  • Sense of ownership, urgency, drive and responsibility
