Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Be responsible for MSA/Calibration system establishment and maintenance, setting standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality measurement system continual improvements.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Set up and maintain MSA system requirements, follow-up with the related execution

2.Track the calibration / MSA results and drive the related improvements.

3.Lead or co-lead the deviation investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.

4.Lead the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements

5.Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
More than 2 or above years experience in li-ion battery factory is preferred.
Familiar with MSA and other quality tools on trouble shooting, data analysis.
Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
Frequent travel is needed
