Job Description

Follow up on motor drawing, prototype production and testing. delivery drawing and follow-up building motor sample on the supplier side. Lead to team for analysis of motor issue. Provide motor information to the relation power tool team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Audit onside and follow all ESB/EB/QB/1st MP motor build in supplier.

2. Follow EB/QB build in TTI production line for motor check part.

3. FAI/SER/ Motor phase follow-up and tracking.

4. Gauge/Fixture/ Tester for motor part follow-up.

5. Lead failure analysis and tracking motor issue EB/QB and work with supplier for improve.

6. Support all team for provide motor information/spec in VN side.

This position will be based in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 9, 10, 11. 12, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
  2. 5 years of mechanical/electrical design experience or background.
  3. Nice to be familiar with commonly used motors and basic knowledge.
  4. Basic mechanical design principles.
  5. Know how to use CAD or SolidWorks or NX UG software to make drawings.
  6. Skill analysis and solving issue for motor is advantage 
  7. Audit supplier skill
  8. Good communication and outgoing.
  9. Good spoken English and good writing and reading on English email
